LONG STAY

– Annual Rent: ₦10,000,000 (Ten Million Naira)

– Service Charge: ₦2,000,000 (Two Million Naira)

– Diesel Deposit: ₦2,000,000 (Two Million Naira)

– Caution Deposit: ₦1,000,000 (One Million Naira)

SERVICE CHARGE COVERS

– Internal Security guard bill

– Estate Service Charge bill

– Common Area Cleaning bill

– Environmental Waste (Solid and Liquid) bill

– Tenement Rate bill

– Water bill

– Generator Maintenance bill

– Water pumping machine maintenance bill

DIESEL DEPOSIT

– Covers generator backup

– If the deposit is sufficient to last the tenant for the whole year, no additional deposit will be required

– If not, management will request an additional deposit

– Note: Every diesel purchase receipt will be sent to the tenant for accountability purposes

TENANT RESPONSIBILITY

– Purchase of AEDC unit (government meter) while occupying the property

– Subscription to DSTV

– Refilling of cooking gas

– Wi-Fi subscription

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY

– Maintenance of other services listed above

AGENCY AND LEGAL FEE

– 20% of the rent for annual stay
